So, I was eating sunflower seeds. I had a bunch in my mouth... I'm like a chipmunk. I store the shelled ones in one cheek, crack them, spit out the shells and put the seeds in the other cheek until I'm done and ready to eat.

Or, like I did tonight, I just eat them as I shell them.

Anyway, I think I swallowed a fragment of shell. I felt something sharp poke me in the back of the throat every time I swallowed. So I started trying to get it out.

My sister is spoiled rotten.
I guess I am too, but not so much. I have trouble taking things that are just given to me, especially lately. It makes me feel guilty for some reason. Might be the same reason that I feel an irrational rage bubbling up inside of me when people use food stamps to buy snacks at the store where I work.
